Cordoba
Cordoba is well worth a visit but you will need to park perhaps a 15 minute walk from the old town, where parking is impossible. The best place we’ve found is the free parking at the Archangel Centro Commercial (a shopping centre – look for the big Primark sign) on Calle Escritor Sebastian Cue. It has outside and underground car parks. From there it’s a pleasant walk along the river to the old town. Take the exit from the motorway signposted for Cordoba airport and then follow the signs to the town centre and you will come to it. There are always taxis outside the Mezquita so you could take a cab back to your car if you’re tired at the end of the day. Slightly closer to the old town you may find a space on the street just across the Miraflores bridge (Puente Miraflores) on Plaza Cruz Del Rastro. Both Cordoba and Granada have “hop- on- hop off” bus tours.
